Role Summary

Dominican Republic — Remote or Hybrid
Hours:
Approximately 20–25 hours per week, flexible
Starting Pay:
Approximately RD$10,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to business emails and calls
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize documents and business records
  • Follow up with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other business contacts
  • Assist with basic administrative paperwork
  • Support engineering and distribution projects
  • Help coordinate business activities in the Dominican Republic
  • Perform other general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Spanish and English required
  • French is a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including email and documents
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Reliable, trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented
